Can I see the records of recent lock activity through the web portal?

Answer

You can see the recent lock activity on your web portal.

• On the opening page of the web portal, choose a lock from your account and click "manage."

• On the next page, tothe left side, there will be five tabs which include a "records" tab

• click on records to see the recent activity

Note: Locks need to be connected to a Masgety Gateway to be able retrieve this information.
