How do I change the language of the lock? It is speaking in another language.

You can change the lock language to English by using this code. *39#{admin passcode}#2#

1. Go to the Sifely App and find the unique admin passcode for this lock, this is found in the Lock's Settings: Settings>>Basics>>admin passcode. The admin passcode, by default, should be 7 digits.

2. Go ahead and write the number down as you will need this later on in the process.

3. Go to the Lock keypad and hit "*39#"

4. Wait for the voice (it will talk in Chinese) and enter the admin passcode that you wrote down, immediately followed by #2#

5. Upon completion, The lock should say in English "Operation Successful."
