How do I know if the door is locked when I'm on the inside? Is there an led indicator that lights up on the inside handle?

Answer:

Our locks do not have this feature currently. You can check the lock status in the following ways:

• If you are using Bluetooth, you can press the lock icon in the App for 3 seconds and it will indicate a “locked” status on the phone ( the voice on the lock will also audibly say “locked’).

• If you have a gateway, you can check the status of the lock by clicking the hexagon symbol in the upper right area of the TTLOCK app

• By default, auto-lock is turned on; this means that the lock will automatically lock within 5 seconds after being unlocked.
