How do I log in to the TTLOCK Webportal? I am not able to log into the TTLOCK Webportal to manage my Masgety Locks.
Answer
In order to log into the TTLOCK Webportal, you will need to log in using your TTLOCK Smart Lock App username and password.
If you used your phone number to register for an account on the TTLOCK Smart Lock App, it must be entered as +155555555555 with the + and 1 in front of it.
